Serving Our Community, Building Experience
Our volunteer Medical Task Force brings together dedicated students, alumni, staff, and community partners who are passionate about service. This organized team extends our commitment beyond the classroom, actively supporting the health and safety of the Sandy community and surrounding areas.
What We Do:
The Task Force contributes in diverse ways, including:
Providing vital medical standby and first aid services at community events.
Assisting with local disaster preparedness drills and response efforts.
Engaging in public health education initiatives.
Participating in humanitarian aid missions and outreach projects.
Supporting other community needs where skilled medical volunteers can make an impact.
Our Dual Mission:
We aim to make a tangible, positive difference in the world through volunteer medical support, while simultaneously offering our students invaluable real-world experience. Task Force participation allows students to apply their skills, develop teamwork, and learn directly from seasoned EMS professionals and mentors in meaningful service settings.
